Cedar Lodge is a detached, luxury self catering handcrafted log cabin in the heart of Aviemore. Built using traditional techniques every log is hand selected and carved making it extremely attractive and cosy. Sleeping up to 6 guests in two bedrooms with the 5th & 6th guests in the secondary living space which can be sectioned off for privacy. Cedar Lodge is ideal accommodation for families and friends alike, particularly suited to multi-generation trips.
Cedar Lodge is also great accommodation for Honeymoon couples and special occasions. The upstairs shower room features a beautiful Aspen Sauna for relaxing evenings. There is also a small secondary living space for relaxing in afterwards with TV, lounge chairs and mini fridge. Everything is handmade throughout giving the lodge a unique style. Cedar Lodge is heated by an air source heat pump and is extremely well insulated causing less of an impact on the environment. All the logs are also sourced from the UK. With underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and a wood burning stove Cedar Lodge will be cosy all year round.
Situated to the front of the site with steps leading up from the parking space, Cedar Lodge enjoys views of the River Spey from the covered veranda where you will also find lounge chairs.
The master bedroom benefits from a balcony looking toward the River Spey.
The lodge also features a Charnwood Wood Burning Stove.
